We recommend to receive request using our catalogue number however it is not mandatory requirement and you can share with your product structure /chemical names/CAS No etc.
Upon receipt of quotation from SynZeal along with COA & analytical data, customer need to send formal purchases order with Bill to & Ship to address along with other details like PO number, pack size requirement and logistics preference (FedEx Ac No if need to book in your AC). SynZeal will issue proforma invoice for pre-payment. Upon presenting remittance proof, SynZeal will initiate dispatch process.
The logistics charges would be added to the basic quotation. If we use our FedEx Ac for shipping products, it would be 100 USD for the international client. We arrange free delivery to the domestic shipment. The duties and custom clearance always remain in client scope. We advise clients to include their FedEx or DHL Ac number if they want book with that.
The quotation is submitted for specified quantity in specified pack size only. Any other change in the pack size need to communicated during quotation. Depending on the product, SynZeal will charge for multiple packs. Each product is dispatched along with weighing slip upto 2 decimal point and weighing slip will also include tare weight of vial along with cap.
You need to e-mail to projects@synzeal.com keeping standards@synzeal.com in loop to know the project status. Normally we update to clients proactively biweekly for products with longer lead time or if there are any major deviation in the delivery time. In any case, quoted timeline remains optimistic and actual delivery will depend on experimental outcome of the synthesis project.
SynZeal standards would be dispatched on pre-payment mode to the new clients. For returning customer, payment term would be decided based on business exposure. Any other payment term than pre-payment needs to be confirm with SynZeal prior to releasing purchase order.
All Products are stable to be shipped at room temperature, unless otherwise specified. SynZeal will intimate customer where special temperature conditions are required. Depending on the nature of the products either shipment would be cool shipment or temperature-controlled shipment. There would be additional charge for shipment with temperature control with data logger and SynZeal will intimate the charges prior to shipment.
The delivery time for the in-stock products would depend on location. Normally FedEx delivers the goods in 4-5 working days provided the custom clearance destination countries which remains in client scope goes smooth. By default, upon arrival of package to customs, FedEx or DHL will contact customer for clearance instructions. SynZeal will provide due support for the documentation required for the shipment clearance related to products & invoice prior to shipment reaching to Airport.

SynZeal Standards are in house synthesized certified reference standards and by default dispatched with COA, IR, Mass, HPLC/GC/ELSD purity, NMR and Weight loss by TGA. All chiral products will also have chiral purity included in the COA. Any other analytical test like 13C NMR, SOR, Moisture Content, SER, qNMR, Rasidual on ignition would be on need and paid basis depending on products.
By default, SynZeal standards are analyzed in in house developed analytical method capable of determining purity of product. This method is not validated analytical method unless it is part of quotation however it will represent actual purity of the product and in corroboration with other analytical results like NMR. If necessary, we will compare our product with pharmacopeial standards on request. SynZeal also does traceability studies using EP/USP standards on charge basis. Please ask for the separate quotation for specific analytical requirement.
As far as standards is supported with detailed characterization data and potency information, it can be used as alternative to EP or USP standards as regulatory agency does not mandate to use primary standards only. Use of secondary standards is up to the user to determine.
SynZeal makes sure that you receive products with minimum 1-year validity when standards are dispatched.
SynZeal provides COA with potency derived based on weight loss by TGA deducted from HPLC purity. Weight loss by TGA will account for volatiles solvent loss and water. The products which are not stable at high temperature, qNMR will be used to determine the potency.
SynZeal will provide re-certified COA for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase without any charges if product is available at our end. Sometime product is inherently unstable to store for longer period and such details would be included in the COA for efficient use of product.
SynZeal will provide chiral purity for stereoisomers analyzed against racemic mixture or another isomer. Depending on the products, SynZeal can also analyse SOR for the product on case to case basis.
The storage condition for an unopened SynZeal Standards can typically be found on the container label as well on COA. By default, SynZeal standards needs to be stored at 2-8 C for long terms storage. Storage conditions are no longer provided in the Safety Data Sheets (SDSs). Instead, the SDS refers users to the USP Reference Standard label. Storage conditions are lot-specific and may change from one lot to another. If no specific directions or limitations are provided on the USP Reference Standard label, the conditions of storage shall include storage at room temperature and protection from moisture, light, freezing, and excessive heat.
