Cobicistat Impurity 12 is chemically (2R,5R)-1,6-diphenyl-7-(thiazol-5-yl)-6-(thiazol-5-ylmethyl)heptane-2,5-diyl dicarbamate. Cobicistat Impurity 12 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cobicistat Impurity 12 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cobicistat.
