Promethazine-N-glucuronide is chemically (2S,3S,4S,5R,6R)-6-((1-(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl)propan-2-yl)dimethylammonio)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylate. Promethazine-N-glucuronide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
